We take pride in providing very personalized and custom tailored services to our customers.  Ambrit uses a system of standardized modular molds, mold components, and trim dies, which allows for competitive initial tooling costs, fast set-ups, scheduling flexibility, and quick repair and maintenance.  We provide full in house mold maintenance and repair with minimal cost to our customers.  We stock spares for all common mold components, and on high production jobs we stock spare custom diameter cores made specifically for that mold.

We have also standardized the majority of essential components such as hydraulic and electric controls on our machine tools to facilitate stocking of spare parts with minimal expenditure.  As a result, we are able to stock spares for every type of hydraulic pressure and directional control, every hose and fitting, every nut and bolt, as well as every electric limit switch, PLC,  magnetic starter and electric motor in use in our plant.  We even stock spare tie bars, tie bar nuts, melting pots, nozzles, and goosenecks for every die cast machine, and have spare linkages for most of them.   We also have full size backup systems for our compressed air and cooling water.

We have another custom designed networked database system for our purchasing which helps us keep track of the thousands of hard to find items and services needed to run our business.  This system allows us to easily find the vendor information and part numbers using descriptive keywords, for any item purchased since the system was first created in 1993.  This allows for easy restocking by any authorized employee of obscure items that may only be purchased every few years.

We have established preventative maintenance schedules for all our major equipment.  We employ mechanics, electricians, and machinists who are capable of quickly troubleshooting and repairing all of our equipment in house.
